Perched on the leading edge of the meadow high above downtown Chimney Rock, these pet-friendly sites have unobstructed views of Chimney Rock State Park, the 300ft Hickory Nut Gap Falls, the Rocky Broad River and valley below. Enough space for up to a class B camper van (22ft), each premium primitive camp site is 25’ x 15’. AWD/4WD vehicles encouraged. Expect no water or electricity at your site and a short walk to the porta-potty with sink. Each site has a maximum of 4 guests, 2 pets and 1 vehicle. Bring anything you’ll need in and out. There is a communal fire-pit for all to enjoy.

Perched near the entrance to the meadow high above downtown Chimney Rock, these pet-friendly tent only sites have obstructed (trees) views of Chimney Rock State Park, the 300ft Hickory Nut Gap Falls, the Rocky Broad River and valley below. These sites are first come first served. Its a small grass area. Find some space and pitch your tent. 1 pet allowed for each site with a maximum of 4 people per tent site. 1 car per reservation, which will be parked nearby (short walk). AWD/4WD vehicles encouraged. Expect no water or electricity at your site and a short walk to the porta-potty with sink. Bring anything you’ll need in and out. There is a communal fire-pit for all to enjoy.
